Returning a product

Tiri: Hello. How can I help you?
Abdon: Oh, hello. I'd like to return this CD, please.
Tiri: Ok. What's the problem with it?
Abdon: Well, it'¡s damaged and it's impossible to watch, the DVD player doesn't detect it. It was damaged when I bought it.
Tiri: Mmm, that's strange. When did you buy it?
Abdon: I only bought it this morning.
Tiri: Have you got the receipt?
Abdon: Yes, here you are.
Tiri: OK. Well, I can give you a refund, or do you want to choose another CD?
Abdon: I'll choose another one, thanks.
